FFRN! is an all volunteer effort, driven by people like you who are passionate about justice and racial reconciliation. If you are interested in deepening your involvement in the reparations movement, we would love to hear from you! All types of gifts and talents are appreciated at the Fund, and we are particularly in need of people who are:

FFRN! Financial Fast Facts:
All Board Members are volunteers. We each volunteer at least 10 hours a month toward FFRN!’s operations, or pay $15/hour toward operating expenses for every hour less than 10 volunteered.
No less than 80% of contributed funds are being distributed to Black-led reparative justice projects. Up to 20% of funds contributed are used, if needed, for FFRN! operations and expanding activism around reparations.
As of November 2025, we’ve granted $335,000 for Black-led reparations projects!
